Information on delivery times

Our delivery solutions ensure fast, secure and cost effective delivery of your order. In the following overview you find all the necessary information

In order to be able to give you reliable delivery times, our shop is connected to numerous databases that are updated several times a day. All delivery times refer to the time an order is released / payment is made in our IT system and not to the time the order is placed in our web shop. We regularly adapt our delivery times to the stocks in our own warehouse or the delivery times of our upstream suppliers. In the high season, the running times can be extended accordingly.

All delivery times refer to working days (Monday-Friday). All delivery times specified in the shop are ONLY for Germany ! Please ask for the transit times for your country accordingly!

Once you have placed your order, you can check the status of your order online at any time in your customer account.

If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

The product is available in our warehouse. After placing your order, delivery will take only 1-3 working days (see product status) for ready to shippment. In the case of orders with several products or different availability of individual products, the delivery may be delayed; We only carry out partial deliveries at your request. For orders with the payment method pay in advice, we will send your order after receipt of the payment. When goods in stock are dispatched via a forwarding agency, delivery takes place within 3 to 4 working days more- please note the further information.

The product is available at short notice in our central warehouse, in an external warehouse or from a pre-supplier. After your order has been processed, the product arrives at our warehouse and will be sent to you immediately. Please note the current delivery times of the respective article. If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time.
All delivery times refer to working days (Monday-Friday) for Germany only - for deliveries abroad, longer delivery times apply accordingly by DHL, DPD and forwarding agents.

The product is currently out of stock, but pre-order is possible. Our upstream suppliers have given us the expected date from which the product will be back in stock. However, this can change at short notice and without prior notice.
We deliver all open orders to our customers as soon as the goods are available on the date of receipt of the order. We will inform you immediately in the event of delivery delays.

You can not find your country in our survey? Worldwide shipping possible with DHL PREMIUM or DHL EXPRESS. We can make almost anything possible - Please send us an inquiry by e-mail (info@yapool.de). We would be happy to make you an offer including shipping costs to your country. For deliveries to non-EU countries there are additional duties, taxes and fees that to pay by the buyer.
* - Orders that we send to other EU countries must be calculated in accordance with the applicable sales tax legislation with the respective sales tax of the EU country to which the delivery is made. After you have entered all of your order data (including delivery address), you will see the final price including the VAT incurred on purchase or in your shopping cart before completing the order. For all articles in the shop, the prices will automatically include VAT as long as you are logged in as a customer.

The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.
